What We Do
Wish Mindset is a warm and welcoming space where women of all ages can come together to embrace their confidence, self-esteem, and self-love. Whether you’re 18 or 81, we believe that every woman deserves to honor her unique voice, trust her desires, and create opportunities to grow and pursue her passions.
This is a safe space for you to explore, learn, and nurture the woman you are becoming. We offer opportunities to connect with other women through retreats, community outreach, workshops and seminars in settings that nurture personal growth, mental and physical health and stress reduction.

To challenge the inequities women and girls face in a patriarchal world and inspire them to embrace a mindset of self-prioritization and empowerment. WISH Mindset envisions a future where women unapologetically claim their moments, rise above systemic barriers, and shine as they were always meant to exist in the world.

WISH Mindset Inc is dedicated to dismantling the status quo by empowering underserved women and girls in the United States and Jamaica to overcome the constraints of sexism, unequal pay, and societal expectations. Through education, mentorship, and transformative empowerment activities, we ignite a shift in mindset—reminding women that their dreams are not only valid but achievable. Our mission is to provide the tools and support necessary for women and girls to reclaim their agency, fulfill their dreams, and lead with confidence, purpose, and resilience.

About the Founder
Judith Hall is an accomplished educator, author, life coach, and nonprofit leader whose work spans decades of transformative impact. With over 35 years of teaching experience, Judith has guided countless students toward academic and personal success, fostering a love of learning, literacy, and cultural appreciation. Her career is rooted in a passion for education, community upliftment, and helping individuals realize their potential through mindset transformation and empowerment.
Judith is the principal and founder of Apex Tutoring Academy, an innovative hybrid tutoring service specializing in group instruction for elementary students. Apex provides tailored reading programs, offering support for students below grade level and enrichment for prodigies seeking advanced challenges. With a teaching philosophy that integrates the arts, inductive learning, and socio-emotional techniques, Judith inspires students to read, succeed, and lead.
