WISH Mindset Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2019 in New York City by Judith D. Hall. WISH Mindset is dedicated to empowering underserved women and girls in the United States and Jamaica. Our mission is to foster education, mentorship, and confidence-building initiatives that help women believe that they can achieve their highest potential. WISH advances the belief that women should strive to be the highest versions of themselves. Through empowerment activities and community engagement, WISH Mindset challenges societal inequities and encourages women to pursue their unfulfilled dreams. We are seeking sponsorships and grant funding to expand our programs and reach more women in the United States and Jamaica.

Judith Hall is an accomplished educator, author, life coach, and nonprofit leader whose work spans decades of transformative impact. With over 35 years of teaching experience, Judith has guided countless students toward academic and personal success, fostering a love of learning, literacy, and cultural appreciation. Her career is rooted in a passion for education, community upliftment, and helping individuals realize their potential through mindset transformation and empowerment.

Judith is the principal and founder of Apex Tutoring Academy, an innovative hybrid tutoring service specializing in group instruction for elementary students. Apex provides tailored reading programs, offering support for students below grade level and enrichment for prodigies seeking advanced challenges. With a teaching philosophy that integrates the arts, inductive learning, and socio-emotional techniques, Judith inspires students to read, succeed, and lead. Her commitment to nurturing confident, resilient learners culminates in a capstone project where students present their accomplishments to peers and parents, showcasing their growth and potential.

Beyond the classroom, Judith is the visionary behind WISH Mindset Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to underserved women and girls in the United States and Jamaica. WISH, which stands for “Woman In Service to Herself Mindset,” is a clarion call for women to reclaim their dreams, challenge systemic inequities, and prioritize their personal growth. Through education, mentorship, and empowerment activities, Judith equips women and girls to overcome barriers such as sexism, unequal pay, and societal expectations, encouraging them to embrace their unique brilliance and shine in the world.
