Scoring:
- 41-60 points: You may be feeling some challenges around confidence and self-esteem. It’s completely normal to have ups and downs, but there are ways to improve your self-worth.
- 61-80 points: You have a pretty good sense of self and confidence! Keep working on embracing your strengths and working through any tough spots.
- 81-100 points: You seem to have strong self-confidence and self-esteem! Continue to nurture this by practicing self-love and self-care.
